How Long Do I Have To Rent?
There is no time stamp on your rental. It is a month-to-month lease and you are not locked in for any long term contract.
How Do I Make A Payment?
Making a payment is easy. We accept autopay, online payments, mailed payments, you can stop by our office (or utilize our after hours drop slot on the door). You choose whatever is most convenient for you!
How Big of a Unit Do I Need?
You can speak with any manager and share exactly what you are wanting to store, and they will be able to advise you on unit size, and whether you might need a climate-controlled unit, based on what you have shared.
Can I Access My Unit Any Time of the Day?
Yes. You have 24-hour access via a keypad.
How Do I Get to My Unit
You will need to enter your security code via the keypad to gain access to our facility, and you will need to enter this same code to exit our facility.
Can I furnish my own lock, or do I have to buy one from your facility?
We offer two kinds of high security storage locks that have a lifetime warranty and are highly recommended by the self-storage industry. All proceeds from these lock sales go to help our community, both here and abroad. Though you are not required to purchase a lock from us, you will need to secure your unit with a lock that you choose as safe.
Can I use a moving company to move my things into my unit?
Yes, you may use a moving company to transport your things to your unit. You will need to make sure you meet them at the facility to grant them access in and out.
What are some tips for renting a storage unit?
Utilize air space as much as possible by stacking. Organize your unit by allowing items you will frequently access to be located at the front. Leave an isle in your unit to allow access all the way to the back.
